Contest rules — advance notice

These preliminary terms are subject to final official rules and jurisdictional review before submissions open.

1. Entrants must be 18 or older and reside in an eligible jurisdiction. Void where prohibited; local restrictions apply.
2. Submit one original holiday jingle per artist/group, 30–120 seconds, MP3 or WAV. All contributors must authorize submission.
3. Entries must not infringe others’ rights; artists retain ownership and grant a limited, nonexclusive license for contest playback and promotion.
4. No purchase or paid membership is necessary to enter or vote.
5. Submissions are scheduled November 6–30, 2026, closing 11:59 PM Pacific Time.
6. Fan voting is scheduled December 1–20, 2026, closing 11:59 PM Pacific Time. One verified account may vote once per day; automated, purchased, or fraudulent votes are invalid.
7. The top three eligible jingles by valid votes receive USD $500, $250, and $100, subject to verification, taxes, and lawful payment availability.
8. Winners are scheduled to be announced December 23, 2026. Any tie-break procedure must be published before voting opens.
9. The final official rules will specify sponsor contact details, excluded jurisdictions, privacy terms, dispute provisions, winner verification, and prize delivery.
